What’s included in a standard package?

Primary/secondary framing, roof/wall panels, trim, fasteners, bracing, and stamped structural/foundation plans. See the Building Packages page for the full breakdown.

Are your buildings engineered to my local code?

Yes—every project is engineered to the jobsite address and intended use, including wind/snow loads. Details are on the Packages page.

Do you help with permits and drawings?

Yes—permit-ready, engineer-stamped drawings are included; foundation engineering available when required.

Do you provide foundation installation?

In Florida, yes. Outside FL, we coordinate with your contractor and supply stamped foundation/anchor-bolt plans.

Can I customize spans, heights, bays, and roof pitch?

Absolutely—clear spans up to 225', eave heights 10'–30'+, bays typically 20'–25', pitches 2:12/4:12 standard (others on request).

What insulation options do you offer?

Reinforced fiberglass blanket (R-10 to R-25) and banded systems for higher R-values (R-30+). Pick based on comfort and code.

What colors can I choose?

20+ premium wall/trim/roof colors in durable 26-gauge finishes.

Do you offer RTO or financing?

No RTO on red-iron buildings. GreenSky consumer financing is available up to $100,000 for qualified individuals.

What warranties come with the package?

40-year color-fade on roof and wall panels. Optional 20-year weathertightness available on standing-seam (additional cost).

What are your typical lead times?

Delivery timeframes range from 8 weeks to 20 weeks depending on size and complexity of the design.

Do you offer ventilation systems?

No. We do not offer ventilation systems.

What wind and snow loads can you meet?

We engineer to your site’s code—up to 180+ mph winds in coastal/hurricane zones. Snow loads are designed per local requirements.

What roof styles are available?

We offer both gable and single-slope roof styles as standard, with additional options such as monitor and offset ridge available for specialty applications like agricultural, aviation, or retail buildings.
